水溶性超支化光敏有机硅预聚物的合成与性能

【摘要】 本文合成了三种不同支化度的水溶性超支化光敏有机硅预聚物(WHBPSUA)。探讨了二羟甲基丙烷(DMPA)用量对合成反应和产物性能影响,并通过FTIR和GPC对预聚物结构进行了表征;利用实时红外(RT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对预聚物的光聚合性能及其固化膜表面的微观形貌进行了研究。结果表明,合成WHBPSUA时,DMPA和羟烷基硅油物质的量的比为1:1时,产物具有良好的水溶性、成像性和光聚合性能;随着预聚物支化度的增加,固化膜的硅含量及交联度随之增加;所合成的预聚物的光固化膜表现出优异的柔韧性和热稳定性。

【Abstract】 A novel water-soluble hyperbranched photosensitive polysiloxane urethane acrylate (WHBPSUA) was synthesized. The influence of reaction content of DMPA on synthesis reaction and property of the oligomer was studied in detail, and its structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and gel permeation chromatography(GPC). The effect of monomers on the photopolymerization kinetics of WHBPSUA was investigated by real-time infrared spectroscopy (RT-IR). More importantly, the microstructure on the surface of UV-cured WHBPSUA films was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The results showed that when the molar ratio of DMPA to polysiloxane was 1 to 1, the oligomer WHBPSUA had good water solubility, imaging property and photo-polymerization properties, and the degree of cross-linking and Si content of the UV-cured WHBPSUA films increased with the increase of the degree of branching of WHBPSUA oligomer. The UV-cured WHBPSUA films exhibited excellent flexibility, toughness, and heat resistance.
