【摘要】 灾害档案是指在灾害发生及其应急管理过程中形成的各种原始记录的总称。灾害档案可以进行多角度的类型分析。依据不同的分类标准,可以将不同的灾害档案划分为不同的类型。在灾害应急管理的实践中,灾害档案具有社会记忆功能、决策咨询功能、评估依据功能和科研助手功能。在灾害应急管理中,档案部门的参与行动主要表现在四大方面:抢救已有档案、提供档案服务、收集现行资料、建立专题档案等。更多还原
