生活垃圾破碎机刀具破损机理分析及安装结构改进

【摘要】 刀具破损是城市生活垃圾破碎机失效的主要原因之一。为延长垃圾破碎机的寿命,对刀具在工作状态下的受力进行分析,发现刀具在原有安装结构下其应力已超出刀具材料许用应力。为了减小刀具的工作应力,提出了改进的刀具安装结构。通过不同安装结构下的刀具受力情况对比,说明所提刀具安装结构能有效地减小刀具的工作应力,从而延长垃圾破碎机的寿命。
【Abstract】 Breakage is one of the main reasons that cause the urban solid garbage crusher cutting tool failure. After the force analysis to the crusher cutting tool, we find that the working stress with current fixing style is much higher than allowable stress. And the improved fixing styles are put forward to reduce the working stress. It is demonstrated that the new fixing styles can effectively reduce the working stress on tool and lengthen the tool life.
