多点温度无线检测与控制系统

【摘要】 本文介绍了作者设计的一套主从式无线温度检测与控制系统,从机分布在工作现场,采用STC89C52单片机作为控制器,负责采集温度并控制执行机构使温度稳定在设定的范围内,同时将温度值实时地以无线的方式发送给主机。主机在控制室,主要任务是接受从机发送来的温度值供操作人员监视,操作人员可以通过主机直接控制从机传送数据。主从机采用无线通信不仅能省去信号线的费用,还能提高系统的抗干扰能力。系统测试结果表明:主从机的通信距离在300米内时通信误码率为零;温度为15℃~80℃的范围内控制系统的稳态误差小于±3.5%。
【Abstract】 This article describes the authors’ designed set of host-slave wireless temperature measure and control systems. The slave parts distribute on the field,use STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer (SCM) as the controller and control actuator to make sure the controlled temperature around the set point,while sending the temperature in real time to the host wirelessly. The main task of the host in the control room is to accept the temperature from the slave for the operator to check the temperature. The operator can directly control the slave to transfer data through the host. The use of wireless communication between the host and the slave can not only saves the cost of signal lines,but also improves anti-disturbance capability of the system. System test results show that:the communication error is zero within distance of 300 meters; for temperature among 15 ℃ and 80 ℃ the control system steady-state error is less than ±3.5%.
