【摘要】 目的了解流动人口肺结核患者结核病防治知识的相关信息。方法采用问卷调查方式,对流动人口肺结核患者的性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、收入以及患者结核病防治知识知晓情况等进行调查。结果流动人口156例初治和复治涂阳肺结核患者在发现结核病前接受过有关结核病防治知识宣传的人数占55.8%,不同的性别、年龄组、文化程度组别之间结核病防治知识知晓率差异无统计学意义。复治患者的知晓率高于初治患者的知晓率;经济富裕家庭患者结核病防治知识知晓率显著性高于经济贫困家庭(P=0.033)。患者对于肺结核知识的获得途径以亲友宣传(40.2%)、报刊杂志(24.1%)、广播电视(19.5%)为主。结论经济富裕的患者具有较高的结核病防治知晓率;流动人口肺结核患者对结核防治知识的了解多是经亲友宣传,通过社区公共宣传渠道开展健康教育工作是当务之急。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To learn the tuberculosis(TB)-prevention awareness among migrant workers suffering with TB.[Methods] The TB patients registered in Guangzhou were interviewed with a questionnaire survey designed to understand their general information and TB-prevention awareness.[Results] Only 55.8% of 156 migrant workers suffering with TB learnt about the TB-prevention information before TB-suffering.There were no statistical significances of the TB-prevention awareness among the different sex-groups,among the different age-groups and among the different educational-attainment-groups.The TB-prevention awareness ratio in retreatment patients was higher than that in initial treatment patients(P=0.045).The affluent patients learnt more TB-prevention awareness(P = 0.033).The knowledge obtain-accesses for the patients included the kin/friendchitchat(40.2%),the newspaper/magazine(24.1%) and the broadcasting/ television(19.5%).[Conclusion] The patients in economic prosperity learnt more TB-prevention awareness.Migrant workers suffering with TB had the TB-prevention knowledge acquired mainly by the kin/friend-chitchat.It is necessary to strengthen propagation of TB-prevention among migrant workers based on community.更多还原
