【摘要】 运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,从投入、产出结合角度对10家物流上市公司进行实证研究。确立了上市公司运行效率与其内在价值的关系,建立了相对效率评价模型(G0)及相应的投影模型和评价指标体系,通过对模型(G0)及其相应投影模型的计算,定量评价上市公司内在价值和不足之处,分析计算结果并与相应上市公司股票价格进行比较,分析"价格"与"内在价值"的关系,为投资者理性投资提供依据,为上市公司提高运行效率提供决策支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the angle of integrating input and output,this paper made an empirical study of internal value in 10 listed logistics companies based on DEA model,established relations between company performance efficiency and its internal value,put forward appraisal model(G0)and projection model as well as appraisal target system.After quantitatively analyzing internal value and shortcoming,this paper made a comparison between listed company’s share price and its internal value.Thus,it can help invest rationally for people and decision-making for listed companies to improve performance efficiency.更多还原
