【摘要】 目的了解广东省伤害住院病例的流行特点,为开展居民的伤害预防干预提供依据。方法选取广东省2个城市、3个县共9家医院作为哨点医院。2010年1—12月在哨点医院住院,并据《疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类》第10次修订本诊断明确的伤害住院患者为调查对象,描述其流行病学特征。结果共有伤害住院病例19 194例,其中男性13 696例,占71.4%,女性5498例,占28.6%,性别比为2.49∶1。前3位的伤害类型是运输事故(29.3%)、跌倒(24.3%)、暴露于无生命机械性力量下(22.8%),上下肢损伤最多(43.6%),流动人口占总伤害住院病例的52.6%,流动人口伤害类型构成比的前3位是暴露于无生命机械性力量下(30.5%)、运输事故(23.5%)、跌倒(19.3%)。住院医疗总费用及日平均花费的中位数分别为4940.26元和629.79元。结论伤害的医疗负担沉重,应根据伤害的流行特征,加强重点人群的健康教育及干预工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the characteristics of injury inpatients in Guangdong Province and provide information for intervention.Methods 9 surveillance sentinel hospitals were selected in 2 municipalities and 3 counties.Injury cases were diagnosed based on ICD- 10 and inpatients were enrolled during January to December,2010.Inpatients epidemiological characteristics were described.Results 19 194 cases of injury inpatients were investigated,there were 13 696 cases of men(71.4%),5498 cases of women(28.6%),male and female sex ratio was at2.49:1.The top three types of injuries were traffic accidents(29.3%),fall(24.3%),exposure to life without mechanical power(22.8%).Arms and legs were the main injured position(43.6%).The percentage of migrant population in injury inpatients was 52.6%.The top three causes of injury in migrant population were exposure to life without mechanical power(30.5%),traffic accidents(23.5%),fall(19.3%).The total and median medical costs of injury were4940.26 Yuan /case and 629.79 Yuan /case,respectively.Conclusion The disease burden of injury is heavy,and it is necessary to carry out health education and intervention based on the characteristics of injury and targeted groups.更多还原
