眼底图像检验系统对眼底的临床观察与研究

【摘要】 目的:对眼底图像检验系统进行临床验证的分析和研究,方法:两组试验1.小瞳(免散瞳),2.散瞳组试验。试验者60人120眼。结果:有别于目前进口与国产的眼底照相机所获取图像的差异性分析从而在临床上可获得更真实的图像,眼底图像检验系统对眼底的检测,比直接检眼镜更优良,不差于眼底照相机。结论:眼底图像检验系统可应用于临床,可作为免散瞳和便携的检眼镜,以眼底为特征的观察有临床价值与诊断意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The paper discusses the new system using the digital imaging from ophthalmoscope for the clinical examination of optic disc. Method:This paper presents two experiments in clinics using the system for 60 patients:(1) experiment with performing mydriasis;(2) experiment without performing mydriasis. Result:Our system can generate and process the images in the real time in clinics without unnecessary contact between physician and patient.This is the feature that other similar ophthalmoscope cameras do not have. Conclusion:This new product is a more effective tool,comparing with others,with excellent automation function, especially in extracting the features of fundus without performing mydriasis,and presents great value in clinical meaningful use.更多还原
