硅藻土负载SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸催化油酸酯化制备甘油二酯的研究

【摘要】 采用硅藻土负载SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸催化油酸酯化制备甘油二酯,对反应温度、反应时间、硅藻土负载SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸的添加量和底物质量比进行了研究,得到选定的反应条件是:反应温度210℃、硅藻土负载SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸添加量(油酸重)为0.1 wt%、底物质量比(油酸和甘油)为2:1和酯化反应时间为6 h,在此条件下,反应得到的甘油酯混合物中,甘油二酯质量分数为59.6 wt%,而且酯化后没有反式脂肪酸产生,采用一级分子蒸馏纯化甘油二酯产品,粗甘油酯在分子蒸馏(190℃)除去游离脂肪酸、甘油以及甘油一酯;得到纯度为69.6 wt%的甘油二酯产品。
【Abstract】 This study proposed a new approach to produce diacylglycerols(DAGs) by the esterification of oleic acids with glycerol catalyzed by diatomite-loaded SO42-7TiO2.Diatomite-loaded SO42-/TiO2 was prepared and characterized and then applied in a series of single factor tests to study the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,diatomite-loaded SO42-/TiO2 loading amount,and mass ratio of substrates on DAGs production.The selected conditions are as follows:a reaction temperature of 210℃,diatomite-loaded SO42-/TiO2 loading at 0.1 wt-%(oleic acids mass),oleic acids to glycerol mass ratio of 2:1,and a reaction time of 6.0 h.Under the selected conditions,the yield of DAGs in the acylglycerol phase reached 59.6 wt-%without generated trans-fatty acids.The final product of DAGs with a purity of 69.6 wt-%was obtained through a one-stage molecular distillation.The proposed two-step method could be an alternative method to the traditional one-step production of DAGs.
