【摘要】 目的为制订院校健康促进策略提供依据。方法采用WHO-QOL-BREF量表及自编调查问卷整群匿名调查,用t检验分析人群生存质量、描述性分析健康素养状况、Logistic回归分析生存质量影响因素。结果有效分析问卷1 825份,生存质量4个领域以环境领域得分最低(12.7712.4);专/本生及城镇生源总得分高于中专生、农村生源;10项重点健康常识以肺结核、乙肝预防知晓率最低(35.7%,34.7%);7项日常行为以持续上网时间过长最为突出(69.6%),10项应急救护常识以人工呼吸最低(26.8%);心事倾诉对象选择学校心理辅导员、教师比例低(5.3%,1.2%);中专生自评生存质量、自感健康满意均比专/本生差(OR=0.582,0.625);结论需加强现代大中专新生环境适应能力锻炼,中专生及农村生源是院校心理健康干预重点人群,肺结核及乙肝预防、应急生存技能教育有待加强,上网时间过长成应引起足够重视;校园健康教育服务项目结构需调整并提高质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Provide evidence for school health promotion strategies.Methods The WHO-QOL-BREF scale,anonymous and self health-related condition survey were used to survey a part of college freshmen in six colleges in Zhaoqing City.The t-test was used to analyze the differences among population characteristics in quality of life total score,and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the demographic characteristics on quality of life.Results A total of 1 825 valid questionnaires were received,environment got a lowest scores(12.77±2.4) in the survey;college students got a higher scores than secondary school students;the knowledge awareness rates of tuberculosis and hepatitis B were the lowest in 10 key health areas(35.7%、34.7%);the most serious behavior was taking long time surfing online in 7 daily health-related behaviors(69.6%);In 10 emergency medical knowledge,artificial respiration method was got the lowest recognition rate, accounting for 26.8%;In the proportion of confidant selection,school counselors and teachers were the lowest chosen,accounting for 5.3%and 1.2%;secondary school students got a lower scores than college students in the assessment of quality of life and the self - satisfied of healthy.Conclusion The secondary school students should be the important target population to focus on mental health promotion.Taking long time surfing online should be pay more attention.The structure of Health education services need adjusted and the environmental adaptability of college new students,prevention of tuberculosis and hepatitis B,Education of Emergency survival skills need improved in the future.更多还原
