【摘要】 目的了娜广州海珠泊区2001-2009年非01/00139群班乱砚曲的流行、分布状况及生物学特征,为防控该类润原苗引侣的急性咬泻病提供科学依拐。方法参照《布乱防治手肠》(第,版)中的位侧方挂,对本区珠江河水、饮用水、养殖水、各种海(水)产品、市咨熟食等外环坡标本764份、健康人群标本1那份及肠遭门诊艘涛衰者标本3398份,共计4351份标本进行非Olt非0139群粗乱派公的检定。结雄4351份标本共检出非01!攀0139群娜乱弧此101株,总稚出卒为2.3296;其中有肠株可分组,分月于汤个血清叉,分教率为65.396;V809,VBO;组和VHO76为优势苗。外环抽与班海息者标本中分离到,株同型别非Oll非0139群粗乱派菌,提示两者可能存在关联。绪论非O1!非0139群粗乱甄箱在本地区的血清塑分布呈现多样性.在人群中有一定的感染率;外环境中该类奋群广泛存在,对人群是一个常在的危害因康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the epidemic condition,distribution and biological characteristics of non-01/non-0139 vibrio chalerae from 2001 to 2009 in Haizhu District,to provide a scientific besis for the prevention and control of acute diarrhea.Methods Referring to the detecting method written in "Cholera control handbook" in the fifth edition,764 specimens from outside environment(including the water in the Pearl River,drinking water,water for breeding fish,aquatic products and delicatessen foods),189 specimens of healthy population and 3398 intestinal samples of patients with diarrhea,summing up to 4351 specimens for non-01/non-0139 vibrio cholerae test.Results 4351 speciments were delected of 101 strains of mm 01/aon 0139 vibrio choierae,the total detection rate was 2.32%;66 strains were identified by serotyping and grouped into 26 different aerotypes,the typing rate was 65.3%.The strains VBO9,VBO38 and VBO76 were the dominant bacteria.Nine strain,of the same type of non-Ol/non-0139 vibrio chalerae were found from external environments also from patients with diarrhea,muggesting that there might be a correlation between the two.Comchrsion Non-01/non-0139 vibrio cholerae have diversified aerotypes,carning certain infection rate among the population in this region.Theae bacteria exist extensively in external environment and they are the potential hesard to the citirens.更多还原
