深圳市饮用水消毒副产物三卤甲烷的健康风险评价

【摘要】 目的初步评价深圳市生活饮用水中三卤甲烷对人体健康产生的潜在危害。方法 2010年1月~2011年12月,于丰水期和枯水期对深圳市13个市政水厂出厂水和部分末梢水三卤甲烷(三氯甲烷,一氯二溴甲烷,二氯一溴甲烷,三溴甲烷)进行检测。按照美国国家环境保护局(US EPA)推荐的方案建立水环境污染健康风险评价模型,对三卤甲烷通过饮水途径所引起的健康风险做出初步评价。结果深圳市饮用水中三卤甲烷、三氯甲烷、一氯二溴甲烷、二氯一溴甲烷和三溴甲烷浓度(中位数)分别为0.0370mg/L、0.0245mg/L、0.0023mg/L、0.0078mg/L、0.0003mg/L。饮用水三卤甲烷、三氯甲烷、一氯二溴甲烷、二氯一溴甲烷和三溴甲烷的致癌个人年风险分别为4.52X 10-5、2.38X 10-5、6.07×10-6、1.52X 10-5、7.45×10-8。非致癌健康风险值为9.32X 10-2。三卤甲烷按风险大小排列为三氯甲烷>二氯一溴甲烷>一氯二溴甲烷>三溴甲烷。结论深圳市政出厂水中三卤甲烷对人体健康产生的潜在致癌个人年风险在US EPA可以接受的限值之内(1.0X 10-4~1.0×10-6),但接近国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的最大可接受值(5.0X 10-5),非致癌健康风险在US EPA可接受限值之内(HI<1)。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the potential health hazards of trihalomethanes(THMs) contamination in drinking water in Shenzhen.Methods The concentration of THMs in drinking water from 13 the centralized water supply system was determined at the wet season and drought period from Jan.2010 to Dec.2011 in Shenzhen.The water environmental health risk assessment model recommended by US EPA was established based on the water monitoring data of THMs.Preliminary health risks of THMs associated in drinking water were assessed.Results The median concentration of THMs,TCM,DBCM,BDCM,TBM in drinking water was 0.0370mg/L,0.0245mg/L,0.0023mg/L, 0.0078mg/L,0.0003mg/L。The health risk of carcinogenic of THMs,TCM,DBCM,BDCM,TBM to the individual person per year in drinking water was 4.52×10-5、2.38×10-5、6.07×10-6、1.52×10-5、7.45×10-8.The health risk of non-carcinogenic of THMs was 9.32×10-2,The health risk caused by THMs to the individual through drinking water were in the order of TCM > BDCM > DBCM > TBM. Conclusion The drinking water health risks of carcinogenic of caused by THMs were acceptable with tolerable value offered by.US EPA(1.0×10-6~1.0×10-4),but were approachable to the tolerable value (5.0×10-5) by ICRP.The health risk of non-carcinogenic of THMs was tolerable(HI<1).
