【摘要】 目的:研究数字化医学中基于螺旋CT腹部脏器扫描数据的三维重建技术和可视化仿真手术在肝胆胰外科中的临床应用。方法 :采集腹部脏器的螺旋CT扫描数据,通过自适应区域生长法对CT序列图像进行程序分割和提取,再采用自行开发的医学图像处理软件对分割后的图像数据进行三维重建,然后利用FreeForm Modeling System和PHANTOM软件进行肝胆胰等腹部脏器的可视化仿真手术研究。结果 :利用自适应区域生长法对腹部脏器的螺旋CT图像进行程序分割速度快、效果好。用自行设计的图像处理软件进行三维重建,图像结构清晰,可真实再现各种腹部脏器和重要管道的解剖结构。通过Freeform ModelingSystem和PHANTOM可以进行和实际手术过程一样的可视化仿真手术。结论 :数字化医学的图像三维重建技术和可视化仿真手术可应用于腹部外科临床中,对肝胆胰疾病的个体化手术方案制定、风险评估、临床教学、手术训练等方面都有很大的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the three-dimensional(3D) reconstruction of pancreas and spleen based on the data of 64-row helical CT scanning and study the dynamic simulation surgery of pancreas and spleen.Method:To collect the data of pancreas and spleen on 64-row helical CT scanning,the automatic extraction is carried on to the CT sequence images based on the algorithm of auto adapted region growing.3D reconstruction was applied by self-designed software.Then study the simulation surgery of pancreas and spleen by FreeForm Modeling System and PHANTOM software.Result:It is rapid and effective that the image sequence segmentation of pancreas and spleen was applied by the algorithm of auto adapted region growing.The result of pancreas and spleen 3D reconstruction by self-designed software is clear and has vivid appearance.Freeform Modeling System and PHANTOM software can help us to progress the simulation surgery of pancreas and spleen as same as the true surgery.Conclusion:3D reconstruction and Simulation surgery based on helical CT scanning has important application value to the surgery plan selection, risk assessment and clinical training of pancreas,spleen and other abdominal organs.更多还原
