江门市农村地区儿童保健工作的现状与对策

【摘要】 目的:了解江门市农村地区儿童保健服务利用的现况,探讨提高农村儿童保健工作的对策。方法:①采用分层整群随机方法,抽取3936名儿童,对儿童的家长进行问卷调查。②对全地区82间镇卫生院的儿童保健服务现状进行问卷调查。结果:江门市农村地区的儿童保健管理率只有76.50%,镇级的儿童保健服务不能满足现况需求,各地域和各年龄间的服务利用情况存在显著性差异(P<0.01),不同性别和不同户籍间的服务利用情况不存在差异(P>0.05)。结论:江门市农村地区的儿童保健工作仍有待加强,人事制度的改革和内涵的建设势在必行,政府应在政策上和经费上加大支持和保障,使农村地区的儿童保健工作得到可行性发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the jiangrnen rural areas of children’s health services utilization status of study and improve rural children health care work countermeasures.Methods:①By stratified cluster randomized methods,extraction 3936 bits for children,parents of children by questionnaires.②On the whole region 82 between town health hospital for child care service status questionnaire.Results:Jiangrnen rural areas child care management only 76.50%,rural areas child care services cannot satisfy the current demand,all regions and all age between service utilization situation exists significant difference(P<0.01),different sexes and different census register between services utilization does not exist differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiangmen rural areas of child health care work remains to be strengthened,personnel system reform and the connotation of the construction is imperative under the situation,the government should in policies and expenditure increase support and guarantee,rural areas of child health care work for feasibility development.更多还原
