【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱串联质谱联用LC/MS/MS快速测定水中41种农药的方法。方法:Inertsil ODS-3(GL Science,2.1×150mm,内径5μm),选用5mmol/L醋酸铵和甲醇作为流动相,流速0.2ml/min,柱温为40℃,使用串联质谱检测器检测定量,外标法测定41种农药化合物含量。结果:本法测定线性范围为0.005-0.1ppm,线性系数为0.9991-0.9998,方法的最低检测限为1μg/L,回收率能达到94.8-103.2%,相对标准偏差小于5%。结论:本方法操作简单、准确、快速,满足日常大批量水质中农药快速分析要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To creat a mehod for fast determination of 41 pesticides in water by LC/MS/MS.Methods:The pesticides were detected by LC/MS/MS,the mobile phase was a mixture of 5mmol/L NH4Ac and methanol,the flow rate was 0.2ml/min,Inertsil ODS-3 (GL Science,2.1×150mm,5μm) was separate column,the column temperature was 40oC, with MS/MS detector,sulfonamides were analized by external calibration method.Results: The linear range for sulfonamides were 0.005-0.1ppm,the linear coefficients for sulfonamides were0.9991-0.9998,the detection limit for method was 1μg/L,the recoveries were between 94.8%and 103.2%,the relative standard deviations was less than 5%.Conclusions:It is simple,and convenient for daily analysis of many kinds of pesticides.更多还原
