【摘要】 目的了解深圳市福田区酒店生活饮用水卫生状况,保障饮用水卫生安全,为酒店生活饮用水卫生管理提供依据。方法对16家酒店的生活饮用水卫生状况进行卫生学调查,对采集的管网末梢水、二次供水、过滤水检测结果进行统计,按照《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB/T5749-2006)进行分析评价。结果酒店生活饮用水的合格率为95.1%,其中管网末梢水的合格率为96.1%,二次供水的合格率为96.0%,过滤水的合格率为93.6%,三者合格率水平差异无统计学意义(x~2=0.372,P>0.05)。毒理学检验过滤水重金属铅指标和金属铝指标存在有不合格。结论深圳市福田区酒店生活饮用水的合格率较高,但部分水质存在较大的卫生隐患,主要是重金属和金属指标超标。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To learn about the health condition of hotels with star rating,to ensure drinking water safety,and to proide recommendations for hotels’ management of drinking water.[Methods]investigated hygienic status of drinking water for 16 hotels,took water samples of pipe network end water,secondary water and infiltration water,analyzed and compared the water’s date with the Ministry of Public Health Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water(GB5749-2006).[Results]the overall qualification rate of drinking water was 95.1%,and the qualification rate of the pipe network end water was 96.1%,the qualification rate of the secondary water was 96.0%,the qualification rate of the infiltration water was 93.6%.which had not statistical significant differences(x~2=0.372,P>0.05).learning from the healthtoxicology standpoint,the infiltration water had posed potential risk for people’s health, especially in heavy metal lead target and metal aluminum target.[Conclusion]the drinking water’s qualification rate of the hotels with star rating in Futian district is high,but some of drinking water had posed potential risk for people’s health,which is the heavy metal and metal target exceeding the allowed figure.更多还原
