中山市公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染状况分析

【摘要】 目的为了解中山市公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染状况。方法用随机抽样方法抽取中山市18家公共场所的集中空调通风系统18套,每套系统抽取空调送风、空调风管内表面、冷却水,检测细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、积尘量、嗜肺军团菌。结果18套集中空调通风系统,183份样本空调送风的细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌合格率分别为86.34%、76.50%、100.0%、99.45%;183份样本风管内表面的积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌合格率分别为95.63%、94.54%、87.98%、100.0%、100.0%;35份冷却水检出嗜肺军团军2份,检出率为5.71%。结论中山市集中空调通风系统整体上较好,但仍存在一些问题,应引起注意,必须加强清洗消毒和卫生管理。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To know the contamination situation of the centralized air condition systems in public place in Zhongshan City.[Methods]18 sets of air condition systems were selected by the means of random sampling from 18 public place in Zhongshan.Samples taken from the wind delivery,inner surface of blast pipes,cooling water were collected from the air condition systems,.Each of the samples was tested for total bacteria count,total epiphyte count,β-streptococcus haemolyticus,staphylococcus aureus,dust volume legionnaires pneumophile.[Results]The qualification rates of total bacteria count,total epiphyte count,β-streptococcus haemolyticus,staphylococcus aureus,of 183 samples of the wind delivery were 86.34%,76.50%,100%and 99.45%respectively.The qualification rates of dust volume,total bacterial count,total epiphyte count,β-streptococcus haemolyticus,staphylococcus aureus of 183 Samples of the inner surface of blast pipes were 95.63%,94.54%,87.98%,100.0%and 100.0%respectively.Legionnaires pneumophile was detected in 2 of 35 samples of cooling water,and the detection rate was 5.71%.[Conclusion] The pollution in some degrees has been observed in the centralized air condition systems in Zhongshan,though the overall situation was well.Disinfection and health administration for air condition systems should be strengthened in Zhangshan.
