【摘要】 目的了解广州市15～69岁成年居民的糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患病率、知晓率、药物治疗率、控制率和空腹血糖受损(impaired fasting glucose,IFG)率,为糖尿病综合防治提供依据。方法2008年采用多阶段的方法,抽取7026名广州市常住居民进行调查。结果糖尿病患病率为4.3%,空腹血糖受损率为10.7%,糖尿病知晓率为28.1%,药物治疗率为21.3%(包括7.5%的单纯药物治疗和13.8%的综合治疗),控制率为9.1%。结论相对于国内其他地方,广州市成人糖尿病患病率较低,但空腹血糖受损率处于较高水平,而知晓率、药物治疗率和控制率偏低的情况表明全市糖尿病的控制形势不容乐观,需要进一步加强糖尿病知识的宣传教育,做到早诊断、早治疗、早控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discriminate the prevalence,awareness,treatment,control of DM and IFG among 15～69 residents,in Guangzhou city.Methods Multistage sampling is used to selected 7026 usual residents aged 15 to 69 in 2008.Results the prevalence of DM was 4.3%, and the prevalence of IFG was 10.7%.Among DM patients,28.1%were aware of their blood glucose level,21.3%were taking hypoglycemic agent(7.5%just only taking medicines,and 13.8%using combined therapy),1.8%were taking non-medication and 9.1%achieved their blood glucose under control.Conclusions the prevalence of DM keep stable,but the prevalence of IFG increased significantly in recently,and there were lower awareness and much lower percentages of treatment and control of DM.It is very important to strengthen the health education,promote the combined treatment and community system management for early diagnosis,early treatment and early control.更多还原
