【摘要】 本文概述了滚动轴承寿命试验机及其试验技术的现状及发展。轴承是旋转机械中最为关键的基础零件之一,轴承的质量直接关系到工作母机的工作性能,据可靠数据显示旋转机械中30%的故障与轴承有关。因此,为了保证轴承质量必须对其进行严格的出厂检测。但现有的轴承检测设备一般只能进行单个轴承检测,故国内目前轴承出厂检测多为抽检方式,这种方式必然给轴承的质量留下安全隐患,自动化的轴承检测设备显得越来越重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 The survey of rolling bearing accelerated bearing life tester and its technique.Bearings are one of most important parts in the rotating mechanisms,which qualities directly influence the performances of machine tools.According to statistics,there are 30 percent of faculties in the rotating mechanism to be relative to bearings.So we must strictly check the qualities of bearing before they are sold.But most of those measurement equipments usually can only check a single bearing,this result leads to the situation that almost producers can only check randomly bearings. This method to be used is sure to leave the potential safety hazard.Hence,in order to meet the need of measurement of total bearing products,the design of auto-measurement equipment of vibration of bearing with high efficiency of measurement become more and more significant.更多还原
