专用碰焊机工作台的设计与控制
The design and control of specific welding machine collision bench

【摘要】 为了实现转盘旋转定角度时碰焊,提高碰焊机加工零件的质量和效率,提出了专用碰焊机工作台设计及基于PLC控制系统设计的总体方案,并阐述了关键指令的应用。生产实践表明,螺母焊接位置纵向横向运行偏差在±0.03mm以内,同时具有效率高、运行可靠的特点。
【Abstract】 In order to achieve set turntable rotation angle Welding and improve the quality and efficiency of Welding Machine collision processing of parts,draw up a special welding machine collision bench design and control system design based on PLC of the overall program,and described the application of key commands.Production practice shows that the vertical position welding nut sideways deviation±0.03mm or less,and the system has the characteristics of high efficiency and high reliability.
