回收聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)/ABS共混体系的制备及力学性能

【摘要】 采用转矩流变仪,通过共混方法制备了回收PVB/ABS合金、增容PVB/ABS合金和纳米CaCO3填充改性PVB/ABS合金,研究了PVB对ABS、增容PVB/ABS合金和纳米CaCO3对增容PVB/ABS合金力学性能的影响.结果表明,加入ABS-g-MAH和SAN-g-EPDM可改善PVB/ABS相容性和力学性能,ABS-g-MAH增容共混物力学性能优于SAN-g-EPDM增容体系,ABS-g-MAH加入量为5%~7%,纳米CaCO3添加量为5%时,PVB/ABS共混体系具有最优的综合力学性能.
【Abstract】 In this paper,the blends of recycled PVB/ABS blends、compatabilized PVB/ABS blends and its blends filled with nano-CaCO3 were prepared.The effect of PVB on mechanical properties of ABS,compatabilized PVB/ABS blends and its blends filled with nano-CaCO3 were investigated.The results showed that addition of ABS-g-MAH and SAN-g-EPDM effectively increased mechanical properties of blends due to the improved compatibility between ABS and PVB.The mechanical properties of PVB/ABS blend compatabilized by ABS-g-MAH were higher than that of blends compatabilized by SAN-g-EPDM.The optimum mechanical properties of PVB/ABS blends were obtained at the amount of ABS-g-MAH of 5%-7% and nano-CaCO3 of 5%.
