CdS/TiO2纳米管阵列的电化学构筑及其在光电化学池中的应用

【摘要】 利用阳极氧化法制备了整齐均一,有序的TiO2纳米管阵列,用化学池沉积法制得CdS/TiO2复合材料,利用SEM和UV-vis等方法对所制备的纳米复合材料进行了表征.结果表明,复合TiO2纳米管的吸收光波长从390nm最大拓宽到750nm,对可见光的吸收能力有所加强;光电测试结果表明,随着CdS载量的增加,光电流也逐渐增强,但CdS过量会成为光生电子和光生空穴的复合中心,降低了复合材料的光电响应.
【Abstract】 The smooth titania nanotube is made by anodization,then we synthesis the CdS/TiO2 by Chemical Bath Deposition(CBD).Their morphologies,microstructures,and some physical properties were characterized by SEM,XRD,UV-Vis,etc.The UV spectrum test results indicate that the composite’s wavelength of absorption edge has broadened from 390 nm to 750 nm.They can better absorb visible light form the sun.Photoelectrolchemical test results showed that with the increasing amount of doped CdS,the photocurrent density of the composites gradually enhance.Finally,Excessive nanoparticles will become electrons and photo-hole recombination centers,thereby reducing the photocurrent response.
