我国苜蓿属与胡卢巴属植物的表型特征及数量分类研究

【摘要】 本研究以中国苜蓿属(Medicago L.)与胡卢巴属(Trigonella L.)植物共16种为研究对象,查阅并测量了全国8个重要标本馆所收藏的苜蓿属与胡卢巴属植物标本,应用数量分类方法,结合种皮特征和花粉形态观察,采用26个质量性状和14个数量性状进行了聚类分析和主成分分析,其结果将苜蓿属及与胡卢巴属分为4组:(1)一年生,花序短缩呈伞形或单生,无总花梗或具较短的总花梗,荚果圆柱形(即原葫芦巴属一年生种);(2)多年生,荚果扁平、椭圆形(即苜蓿属阔荚亚属Subgen.Platycarpos,含扁蓿豆属Melilotoides Heister exFabr.和黑荚豆属Turukhania Vass.等属共6种);(3)多年生,荚果镰状到螺旋状盘曲(即苜蓿属镰荚亚属Subgen.Medicago)(4)一年生,荚果肾形或具棘刺盘状卷曲球形(即苜蓿属天蓝苜蓿亚属Subgen.Lupulina)。根据相似性系数,在欧氏距离为5.82处聚为一支,紫花苜蓿复合体(紫花苜蓿M.sativa.、黄花苜蓿M.falcata和多变苜蓿M.varia Martyn)植物之间具有比较近的亲缘关系,这与天然杂交的实际情况符合。

【Abstract】 We studied 16 species of Medicago L.and Trigonella L.through cluster analysis by measuring specimens stored in 8 herbaria in China,and incorporating data from paraffin sections and pollen morphologic characters.We used 26 qualitative character and 14 quantitative character for the cluster analysis and the principal component analysis.The results showed that Medicago L. and Trigonella L.can be divided into 4 distinct groups:1) Annual herb,inflorescence condenses into corymb or solitary flower;no or with short peduncle,cylindrical legume(annual species of Trigonella Linn.).2) Perennial herb,with tabular elliptic legume(Subgen Platycarpos,6 species, includes Melilotoides Heister ex Fabr.and Turukhania Vass.).3) Perennial herb,sickleshaped to spiral legume(Subgen.Medicago).4) Annual herb,nephroid or curly orbicular legume with calthrop(Subgen.Lupulina).In addition,according to the similarity coefficient,M.sativa,M. falcate,and M.varia Martyn are similar in phenotype,and combined together at the 5.82 Euclidean distances,which demonstrating the close relationship within Medicago sativa complex, conforming to the condition of natural hybridization.
