【摘要】 [目的]对爵床科药用植物小驳骨Gendarussa vulgaris Nees的根、茎、叶进行显微鉴定。[方法]采用常规石蜡切片和临时水装片对其显微结构进行鉴定分析。[结果]小驳骨的显微结构特征有:在较老的根中,有较薄的木栓层,有类似根被的结构;形成层成环;木质部发达;中心有髓。茎最外侧为复表皮,内皮层明显,石细胞断续成环,髓部薄壁细胞内可见散在的细小草酸钙方晶或柱晶。茎、叶的表皮细胞内含钟乳体,直轴式气孔,具腺鳞,叶片栅栏组织短,且通过中脉。[结论]本实验结果可为小驳骨的鉴定及其质量标准的制定提供新的资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To microscopic identify the root,stem and leaf of Gendarussa vulgaris. [Methods]Making and observing the paraffin sections and temporary water tablets to identificate and analyse its microscopic structure.[Results]In the older root of Gendarussa vulgaris,there is a thin cork layer outside,then the velamen.The cambium has became ring,xylem development,and pith in center.The stem has multiple epidermis,clear endodermis,stone cells into ring,and some small calcium oxalate crystals or column crystal in its pith parenchyma cells.In addition,the material also has cystolithes in the epidermal cells of stem and leaf,diacytic type of stoma and glandular scales.The palisade tissue shorts,and through the veins.[Conclusion]The results provided new information for identification,formulation the quality standards of Gendarussa vulgaris Nees.更多还原
