布渣叶提取液致畸作用的试验研究

【摘要】 目的评价布渣叶提取液对SD大鼠的母体和胎仔毒性。方法性成熟SD大鼠雌雄合笼交配,将孕鼠随机分成布渣叶提取液低、中、高三个剂量组(5.00、10.00、20.00g/kg BW)和阴性对照组,于受孕的第7—16天灌胃给予布渣叶提取液,阴性对照组给予纯净水;受孕的0、7、12、16、20天称量体重,于第20天处死孕鼠,剖腹称窝重,检查并记录各项母鼠和胎鼠的生长发育情况。结果布渣叶提取液各剂量组的孕鼠增重、活胎体重、身长、尾长、死胎数、吸收胎数、畸形率(包括外观、内脏和骨骼畸形)与阴性对照组比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论布渣叶提取液对大鼠无母体毒性、胚胎毒性和致畸作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the teratogenic effects of Microcos Paniculata L.extraction.Methods The sexually mature SD rats were mated and the pregnant ones were randomly divided into three dose groups (5.00、10.00、20.00g/kg)and negative control group.The rats of all groups were administrated with 2.00ml/100g BW orally from 7th to 16th day,once a day,pregnant rats were weighted in day of 0,7,12,16 and 20,and killed in day 20,then the numbers of the living embryos,dead fetus and absorbed fetus were counted.The appearances of the embryos were examined,and tail lengths and weights were measured.After that,the maternal rats and embryos were observed.Results There no significant differences in the body weight gain of pregnant rats,body weight,body length and tail length of fetal rats,the number of death embryos and absorption embryos,the malformation rate of fetus(appearance,viscera and skeleton)among three dose groups and negative control group were observed(P>0.05).Conclusion the Microcos Paniculata L.extraction(5.00-20.00g/kg) does not possess toxic and teratogenic effect on maternal rats and embryo rats.
