【摘要】 目的建立和评价以社区为基础的艾滋病防制模式,推进艾滋病防制工作进程。方法依托市—镇—村三级疾控体系,建立艾滋病防制网络,明确职责和工作方法,规范艾滋病防制工作管理。结果模式建立后,从事艾滋病防制的专业人员比建立前增加了32倍,HIV感染者流调率达到100%,阳性告知率和检测阳性后咨询率达到92.2%,随访干预率达到84.4%,娱乐场所干预覆盖率达到91.4%,女性商业性服务者每次商业性行为均使用安全套比例达到84.8%,静脉注射吸毒者前6个月内一次也没和别人共用针具率达到72.1%,各项主要工作指标有大幅度上升,与模式建立前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论建立以社区为基础的艾滋病防制模式,可以提高艾滋病防制整体效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish HIV/AIDS prevention and control model base on community and evaluate the effect.Methods to establish the net of HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Zhongshan city based on city-town-village disease control and prevention system,define the duty and work methods.standardize the management of HIV/AIDS prevention and control.Results The amount of persons who deal with HIV/AIDS increase 32 times,the rate of investigation to infectors is 100%,92.2%infectors had received inform and consultation,rate of following-up and intervention to infectors is 84.4%,the coverage rate of intervention to entertainment establishments is 91.4%,the rate of condom use in each commercial sex is 84.8%,the rate of IDU who never use injector with others in the past 6 months is 72.1%.The main indexes of HIV/AIDS prevention and control were obviously increased showing significant difference than before.Conclusion To establish HIV/AIDS prevention and control model base on community can improve the effect of HIV/AIDS prevention and control.更多还原
