【摘要】 目的了解停课对学生家庭的影响、学生家长对全校停课措施的态度以及其对甲型H1N1流感知识行为的现况。方法在停课的学校中选取小学、初中和高中各2间。其中小学、初中选择全部年级,每个年级随机选择1个班;高中选择高一和高二级,每个年级随机选择2个班,被选中的班级所有学生的家长均列为调查对象。在复课的第1周,由老师发放问卷给学生带回家中由家长填写,次日回收。结果 89.4%的学生家长认同全校停课的措施。35.5%学生家长认为停课对其家庭生活秩序造成了影响。学生家长对甲型H1N1流感传染性较普通感冒强和对勤洗手、开窗通风等预防措施的认知程度较高,分别为64.12%、93.14%和91.29%。在卫生行为习惯方面,70%以上的学生家长平时会采取擦鼻涕后和咳嗽后洗手、洗手时用洗手液或肥皂洗后再用水冲洗、咳嗽时采取用纸巾或手捂嘴和少去人员密集的场所等行为。结论大多数学生家长对全校停课措施持支持态度,学生家长对甲型H1N1流感相关知识程度认知水平较高,大多数家长行为健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the affect about school shut down because of influenza A(H1N1) to the families,and the status of their knowledge and behavior. Methods Two elementary schools,two middle schools and two high schools among the schools shut down were chosen,and then one class in each grades were sampled.The parents of the students whose classes chosen would be investigated with questionnaires taken back by the students in the first week the school reopened.Results 89.4%parents agreed with the measure of school shut down and this measure affected the live of 35.5%families.The awareness rate of the parents about that the influenza A(H1N1) is more infect than cold and precautions of influenza A(H1N1) such as wash hands more often,keep the windows opened were at high level,that were 64.12%、93.14%and 91.29%.In behavior,more than 70%parents practiced better personal hygiene such as wash hands more often with soap and running water especially after coughing or sneezing,cover mouths when cough or sneeze with a tissue or hands,don’t go to crowded public places.Conclusion Most students’ parents agreed with the measure of school shut down,their awareness rates of influenza A(H1N1) were at high level,and most of them practiced better personal hygiene.更多还原
