【摘要】 目的了解广东民间食用河豚品种鱼毒性状况。方法采集2008年9月至2009年3月及2009年11月渔民捕获的常见天然河豚鱼鲜活或冰鲜,用ELISA检测法测定河豚鱼不同组织部位河豚毒素(TTX)含量。结果共采集4个品种65尾河豚鱼样本,检测其中35尾肝脏及肌肉TTX含量。肌肉TTX含量平均值范围为0.02-2.46μg/g,肝脏TTX含量平均值范围为0.01-2.81μg/g。结论木研究进一步证实棕斑腹刺鲀、暗鳍腹刺鲀肌肉、肝脏无毒,食用安全,具备开发利用价值,初步确定铅点东方鲀肌肉、肝脏无毒,弓斑东方鲀肌肉、肝脏弱毒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the toxicity of puffer fishes eaten by residents in Guangdong Province.Methods Wild puffer fish were collected from September in 2008 to March in 2009,as well as November in 2009.The Tetrodotoxin(TTX) in different tissues of samples was tested by ELISA.Results 64 specimens of four species of wild puffer fish were collected and the Tetrodotoxin(TTX) of 35 specimens was tested.The average toxicity of muscle were 0.02-2.46μg/g and that of liver were 0.01 -2.81μg/g.Conclusion Gastrophysus spadiceus and Gastrophysus gloveri,with exploited value,can be considered as safely eatable.Takifugu alboplumbeus can be considered as muscle and liver toxin-free and Takifugu ocellatus can be considered as muscle and liver weak toxin.更多还原
