顶空法测定饮用水中挥发性卤代有机物

【摘要】 目的建立饮用水中多种挥发性卤代有机物的分析方法。方法采用项空毛细管柱气相色谱法测定饮用水中1,1-二氯乙烯、二氯甲烷、反-1,2-二氯乙烯、顺-1,2-二氯乙烯、1,1,1-三氯乙烷、1,2-二氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、一溴二氯甲烷、二溴一氯甲烷、四氯乙烯及三溴甲烷等十一种挥发性卤代有机物。结果在所建立的实验条件下十一种挥发性卤代有机物的平均回收率在93.5%~106.1%之间,相对标准差(RSD)为1.18%~4.98%,检测限为0.021μg/L~8.1μg/L。结论所建立的分析方法简便、快速、准确,可同时测定多种挥发性卤代有机物。

【Abstract】 Objective Developing a method to determine the twelve volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water.Method The eleven volatile halogenated hydrocarbons (1,1-dichloroethene,dicloromethane,trans-1,2-dichloroethene,cis-1,2-dichloroethene, 1,1,1-trichloroethane,1,2-dichloroethane,trichlene,bromodichloromethane, dibromochloromethane,tetrachloroentene and bromoform) in drinking water were determined by headspace capillary gas chromatography.Results Under the optimal experimental conditions, the recoveries of the twelve volatile halogenated hydrocarbons were in the range of 93.5%~106.1%,the relative standard deviations were from 1.18%to 4.98%,and the determination limited is between 0.021μg/L~8.1μg/L.Conclusions The method we developed is rapid,simple and accurate.Using the method,a variety of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons could be determined simultaneously.
