广东省109株非伤寒沙门菌的耐药性及PFGE分析

【摘要】 目的为了解广东省非伤寒沙门菌的耐药现状及其分子流行病学信息。方法采用纸片法检测菌株对12种抗生素的药物敏感性,并应用PFGE方法对菌株进行分子分型研究。结果 109株非伤寒沙门菌对头孢类药物较敏感,但对环丙沙星的敏感率不高(77.1%),对氨苄西林、萘啶酸、磺胺甲二唑、链霉素和四环素的耐药率高,均大于45%;菌株的PFGE指纹图谱结果显示除鼠伤寒和肠炎韦夫太沙门菌有相似值为100%的外,其余血清型的图谱均不一致。结论广东省由非伤寒沙门菌引起的腹泻多数为散发感染病例;由于对治疗非伤寒沙门菌感染的常用药环丙沙星的敏感率有所降低,因此应重视非伤寒沙门菌的耐药情况。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the antimicbiotic resistance status quo and molecular epidemiology of 109 Non-typhoidal Salmonella isolates from Guangdong Province. Methods The antimicrobial susceptibility was determined by disk diffusion method;and analysis the molecular epidemiology of these strains by PFGE.Results The 109 Non-typhoidal Salmonella isolates are sensitive to cephalosporin,but the sensitive rate of ciprofloxcin is not high(77.1%),and these isolates are resistant to ampicillin,nalidixic acid,compound sulphonamides,streptomycin,tetracycine.Except Salmonella Enteritidis,Typhimurium,and Weltervreden,all the serotypes strains have no the same PFGE type.Conclution most infections caused by non-typhoidal Salmonella are sporadic case in Guangdong Province.We should think highly of antimicbiotic resistance of non-typhoidal Salmonella,because the sensitive rate of ciprofloxacin had descend.
