【摘要】 黎蒴是我省重要的乡土阔叶树种之一,也是我省次生常绿阔叶林主要组成树种之一。梅州市林业科学研究所采用不同的插床基质和生根促进剂,采用不同方法处理穗条,在不同季节进行反复比较试验,结果表明:黎蒴扦插基质宜选用黄心土与河砂(按9:1比例);扦插生产宜在秋季开展;选用半木质化穗条,采用激素处理后,能获得较高的成活率。黎蒴无性繁殖技术可应用于生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Castanopsis fissa is an important province of native broad-leaved species and secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest species in Guangdong province.Providing a variety of culture media,the results showed that:the ideal substrate cutting media was yellow subsoil and river sand(at 9:1 ratio);cutting poduction in the autumn was the best;the survival rate was increased by using the semi-lignification cutting and growth hormone.Castanopsis fissa asexual reproduction technology can be applied to production.更多还原
