【摘要】 目的分析首发精神分裂症患者的前驱症状及其与阴、阳性症状的关系,为早期干预积累资料。方法采用28个条目的前驱症状调查问卷对296例首发精神分裂症患者进行调查,并分析其与简明精神病量表(BPRS)、阴性症状量表(SANS)、阳性症状量表(SAPS)评分的相关关系。结果(1)前驱症状的检出率为29.4%-68.2%;(2)前驱症状与精神症状(29.1%-44.6%)同样常见;(3)前驱症状总分和行为症状分与BPRS、SAPS、SANS总分均呈显著正相关(r=0.196,0.131,0.201,0.187,0.128,0.193,P<0.05或0.01);类神经衰弱症状分与阴、阳性症状分无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论前驱症状作为精神分裂症的早期表现之一,可能是精神分裂症阴阳性症状的连续谱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relation of the prodromata with the negative and positive symptom in patients with first-episode schizophrenia,so as to accumulate data for early intervention.Methods Totally 296 cases with first-episode schizophrenia were investigated about prodromata by questionaire with 28 items of prodromata.They were analyzed on the relationship between the prodromata scores and the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),the Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS) and the Scale for Assessment of Positive Symptoms(SAPS).Results (1)The incidence of prodromata in schizophrenia was from 29.4%to 68.2%.(2)Prodromatas were the same common as psychotic symptoms(The incidence was from 29.1%to 44.6%).(3)The scores of totall prodromata and behaviors’ prodromata showed significantly positive correlation with BPRS totall scores,SAPS and SANS totall scores(r=0.196,0.131,0.201,0.187,0.128,0.193,P<0.05 or 0.01).But,neurasthenia-like symptoms showed no correlation with negative and positive symptoms(P>0.05) Conclusion As early symptoms of schizophrenia,the prodromatas may be a continuous spectrum of the negative and positive symptom of schizophrenia.更多还原
