低温胁迫期间及胁迫解除后对茄子种子萌发的影响

【摘要】 以茄子种子为试验材料,研究了28℃、低温胁迫(5℃)与低温胁迫解除后茄子萌发的变化。结果表明:低温胁迫对茄种子萌发明显抑制,发芽势、发芽率下降。胁迫解除后种子萌发恢复趋向正常。
【Abstract】 The changes of germination in eggplant seeds were used for temperatures 28℃、Cold stress(5℃)and after stress relief.The results showed that:Cold stress could inhibit the development of germination,and germination index、germination percentages was dropped.When the seeds were treated at 48h,the germination trended to the status as before treatment 28℃.
