不同花粉源对清见橘橙坐果及其果实品质的影响

【摘要】 为了研究不同花粉源授粉对清见橘橙杂交果实坐果及品质影响的关系,分别选用沙糖橘、新会甜橙、奥灵达夏橙、星路比葡萄柚为父本、清见橘橙为母本进行异花授粉,以清见橘橙自花授粉作对照测定了不同组合的坐果率、果实品质等指标。结果表明,不同杂交授粉组合及自交的坐果率分别为17.5-25.7%和11.3%,单果重262.7-341.8g和331.3g,果形指数0.76-0.79和0.73,可溶性固形物10.3%-11.0%和10.2%,果皮厚0.39-0.45cm和0.43cm,种子数6.3-37.8粒和13.7粒,可食率72.3-76.4%和73.1%,柠檬酸0.69-0.74 g/100mL和0.77 g/100mL,Vc34.4-37.9 mg/100mL和37.8mg/100mL,还原糖3.97-4.35 g/100mL和4.19 g/100mL,蔗糖4.51-4.85 g/100mL和4.13 g/100mL.。经多重比较发现,异花授粉明显影响其果实的种子数、单果重、果形指数和蔗糖含量,但影响效果会因不同授粉品种而有所差异,而对其可溶性固形物、果皮厚度、可食率、酸、维生素C和还原糖含量等方面影响不明显。

【Abstract】 To study the effects of different pollen sources on fruit setting and fruit quality,’Shatangju’tangerine,’Xinhui’ sweet orange,’Olinda’valencia orange and’Star Ruby’grapefruit were selected as male parents and Kiyomi tangor as female parents for hybridizationg,and Kiyomi tangor self- pollination as the control.The major parameters in the current year such as fruit setting rate and fruit quality characteristics were investigated.The results showed that,the fruit setting rate of cross-pollination was ranged from 17.5-25.7%,while the control was 11.3%,the fruit weight was 262.7- 341.8g and 331.3g,the fruit shape index was 0.76 -0.79 and 0.73,the sucrose content was 10.3- 11.0%and 10.2%,the skin thickness was 0.39- 0.45cm and 0.43cm,the seeds number perfruit was 6.3 - 37.8 and 13.7,edible ratio was 72.3- 76.4%and 73.1%,citric acid was 0.69 -0.74 g/100mL and 0.77 g/100mL,Vc was 34.4-37.9 mg/100mL and 37.8mg/100mL,reduct sugar was 3.97- 4.35 g/ 100mL and 4.19 g/100mL,sucrose content was 4.51-4.85 g/100mL and 4.13 g/100mL respectively.Based on the Duncan,s multiple range tests,four cross-pollinations had obvious effects on seeds number,fruit weight,fruit shape index and sucrose content.However,there were no obvious effects on soluble solid content,skin thickness,edible ratio,citri acid,Vc and reduct sugar content.
