【Abstract】 In order to pursue economic growth,China has opened its door to the world,which is accompanied by the conflict in economic structure and the problem of the imbalance of development between economic and society.In Guangdong Province,for example,it has led to the problem of exterior orientation and the regional imbalance in economic development.The transition of Guangdong’s pattern of development is "accelerating the transition and upgrade".Through examining the two paths of the industry upgrade of Guangdong province,namely the foreign capital‐and‐trade interaction,and regional industry transfer,the paper will discuss and identify the influencing factors and objective effect of the industry upgrade in Guangdong province,so as to get the experiences and instructive for "accelerating the industry upgrade" policies.更多还原
