基于价值分析的某机场地基处理方案研究

【摘要】 某机场位于黄河中下游的冲洪积地层上,地质条件较差,为完成地基所承担的功能,需要填土提高高程和进行地基处理。针对一次性填土到位进行强夯的地基处理方案和分层填土分层冲击碾压的地基处理方案,利用价值工程原理中的定量直接打分法,对两个方案完成地基处理功能的程度进行了全面分析。经分析比较发现,前者优于后者。同时利用价值工程原理对所选的强夯方案的各工序进行优化,使功能与成本更趋合理。通过价值分析,优选了方案,优化了工序,创造了较好的质量经济效益,很好地达到了基处理的目的。
【Abstract】 An airport is located on the flood alluvial soil in the middle and lower reaches of Yellow River with unqualified geological conditions.To fulfill the foundation function of the alluvial soil,filling is needed to improve elevation and foundation treatment work.Regarding the foundation treatment of dynamic compaction with one-time filling and treatment of layered impact rolling with stratified filling,the direct quantitative scoring method of value engineering principle was used to analyze the extent of foundation treatment completion of the above two treatments. According to the comparison and analysis,the former treatment is better than the latter one.In addition,value engineering principle was utilized to optimize the processes of selected dynamic compaction treatment,and thus make its function and cost more reasonable.The optimized treatment and processes through value analysis will accordingly create high-quality economic benefits.The purpose of foundation treatment is completed well.
