5·12地震次生地质灾害治理规划分析——以陇南市武都区为例

【摘要】 5·12汶川地震引发了大量的次生地质灾害,造成了严重的人员伤亡和财产损失,并将继续威胁灾区人民的正常生活。地震后,依据甘肃省国土部门的地质灾害调查和综合治理规划资料,本文对陇南市武都区次生地质灾害特征、规划治理的地质灾害点的分布、威胁程度、灾害类型与规划治理经费预算的关系进行了分析。结果显示地震次生地质灾害规划治理经费预算与灾害类型、发生位置、威胁人口和威胁财产有关,规划治理的地质灾害类型前期以滑坡为主,后期以泥石流为主,治理区域从高危险区逐步向低危险区过渡,威胁大的灾害点规划治理经费预算相应较多。研究结果有助于为地质灾害治理规划方案的进一步完善提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake triggered a large number of secondary geo-hazards,which brought serious casualties and great loss of property,and would continue to threaten normal humans life in the disaster region.After the earthquake,we have analyzed the relations between plan control funds budget and the characteristics of geohazards, distribution of geo-hazards of plan control,threat and disaster type in Wudu prefecture of Longnan City, based on geology disaster investigation and the comprehensive control plan by the Ministry of Land of Gansu Province and Longnan City.The results show that funds budget of plan control earthquake induced geo-hazards have relationship with disaster type,position,threaten population and property.Control types are from landslides early to debris flows later,control region from high-hazard zone to low-hazard zone,and high funds budget of control in greater threat of secondary geo-hazards.The results could be significance with some scientific basis to the further perfection of the plan control of secondary geo-hazards.
