【摘要】 通过盆栽和田间药效试验,研究了Men-myco-93-63生物制剂对黄瓜和甜瓜白粉病的防治效应。盆栽试验结果表明,先施用生物制剂的100、200倍液后接种病原菌,可显著提高黄瓜的抗病能力,降低发病率,防效达到89.9%和77.0%;先接种后施用生物制剂的100、200倍液,在一定程度上能抑制病原菌的扩展,也具有防治作用,防效达到80.8%和54.5%。田间调查表明,生物制剂的200、400倍液对甜瓜白粉病的防效与清水对照相比,差异都达到显著水平,并且400倍液防效高于化学药剂阿米西达。
【Abstract】 The control effects of Men-myco-93-63 biological agent on melon powdery mildew were tested in greenhouses and fields.The greenhouse trial results demonstrated that 100-fold and 200-fold biological agent were effective to the disease,and the disease index of the treatments was significantly reduced.The control efficacy of the treatments ’spraying before inoculation’ was 89.9%and 77.0%,while that of the treatments ’spraying after inoculation’ was 80.8% and 54.5%.The field trials showed that the relative control efficacy of 200-fold and 400-fold biological agent was more significant than control of water and 400-fold biological agent was better to the chemical drugs.
