【摘要】 以腐植酸钠为主要原料,大豆低聚糖为碳源,氨基酸发酵主产品提取后的次级产物为氮源,接入枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、纳豆芽孢杆菌、假丝酵母菌和酿酒酵母等菌株,经48～56 h固体发酵,生产出腐植酸含量为50%以下的发酵产品。其中腐植酸含量为20%的产品,蛋白含量为43%,小肽含量为5%。腐植酸钠发酵饲料以0.5%～10%的用量,在仔猪日粮中应用,有助于提高仔猪日增重,降低腹泻发生率。核算日粮中腐植酸钠用量到0.2%,可以相当于200 ppm高铜添加量,使仔猪粪便的着色成灰黑色,氨味、硫化氢气味明显减轻。腐植酸钠发酵饲料在畜禽养殖和绿色生态农业中应用具有广阔前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acid sodium as the main raw material,soy oligosaccharides as carbon source,amino acids extracted subproducts as nitrogen source,access to Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus licheniformis,Bacillus natto,Candida yeast and wine yeast strains,after 48-56 hours of solid fermentation,humic acid content of less than 50%was produced.In 20%of humic acid,protein content was 43%,and small peptide content was 5%.Sodium humate fermented feed with 0.5% 10%,in piglet diets applications,help to improve piglet and reduce the incidence of diarrhea.Amount of dietary sodium humate accounting to 0.2%,you can add the 200ppm copper,so that the coloring piglet feces incinerated black,ammonia odor,hydrogen sulfide odor significantly reduced.Sodium humate fermented feed in the livestock and poultry breeding and the application of green ecological agriculture has a broad prospect.更多还原
