腐植酸与Pb2+络合条件及络合量的研究
Study on the Complexation Condition and Capacity of Lead-humic Acids

【摘要】 本研究介绍了采用"碱提法"从风化煤中提取出腐植酸,利用正交试验法,吸光光度法和差量法,研究腐植酸与Pb2+络合的最优条件和最大量。在腐植酸与金属离子等浓度(1:1),pH为6,时间约为40 min的条件下,腐植酸与Pb3+络合效果最佳。在此最优条件下,1g腐植酸最大可络合约168.3mg铅。为利用本地风化煤原料解决铅离子环境问题提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 The humic acids was extracted using the weathered-coal as material.Evaluating the complexation condition and capacity which is the best of lead-humic acids using orthogonal design method,spectrophotometry and difference Method.The complexation effect is perfect when the concentrations ratio was 1:1,pH equilibrium measurements were 6.0,action time was about 50 minutes.Under the best condition,the maxium contents of Pb2+ was 168.3 mg by 1 g humic acids.The investigation aims at resolving the environment issue.
