【摘要】 综述了腐植酸药物研究的新进展。提出了以分子/准分子层面,研究开发资源极其丰富的年青煤腐植酸药源的重要性。根据腐植酸作为兽药和人类抗肿瘤、抗血脂、抗艾滋病等30多种疾病的药物性能,认为通过选择性降解、结构修饰,更有利于从中西药角度阐述腐植酸最小活性单元与不同靶标的药理作用,以及腐植酸兼作载体促进特征反应、酶联免疫反应的机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article summaries the new progress in drug research,and presents the importance of research & development on the vastly available young coal medicine humic acid resources at the molecular/excimer level.According to the medical performance of humid acid in anti-tumor,anti-lipid,anti-AIDS,and more than 30 other kinds of human disease as well as the performance in the veterinary drugs,the article states that selective degradation and structural modification would be beneficial to explain from both Chinese & Western medicine perspective the pharmacological mechanism of the smallest active humid acid units,their relationship with different pharmacological targets,and the mechanism of enhancing characteristic reaction and reaction to enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay as a carrier.更多还原
