培养条件对链霉菌Men-myco-93-63产孢量的影响

【摘要】 研究了发酵时间、初始pH值、外加碳源、氮源及无机盐对其产孢量的影响。结果表明,产孢的最适培养时间为10d;最佳初始pH值为自然pH值;添加葡萄糖和蛋白胨可促进链霉菌Men-myco-93-63产孢,其适宜的添加量分别为1.0%和2.0%;添加适量的钙盐可进一步提高产孢量。在上述条件下培养,产孢量最高可达到4.85×1 0~9cfu/g。
【Abstract】 In order to enhance sporulation of Streptomyces Men-myco-93-63,the influencing factors on its sporulation were investigated,including fermentation time,initial pH,carbon source,nitrogen source and inorganic.Results suggested that optimal fermentation time for sporulation was 10d,optimal pH was unartificial,glucose and peptone were demonstrated to be more suitable for sporulation of Streptomyces Men-myco-93-63,and these condign dosage was 1.0% and 2.0%,Ca2+could enhance sporulation of Streptomyces Men-myco-93-63.In this culture conditions,the highest sporulation was 4.85×109 cfu/g.
