生物质自混合下行循环流化床快速热解制燃料油

【摘要】 生物质快速热解作为能源,能够最大量地处理农林废弃物资源且产物不存在销路问题,是解决农林废弃物能源化的最有效途径。生物质自混合下行循环流化床快速热解技术是根据我国农村农林废弃物集散难度较大的国情,研究开发的一种热效率高、投资较低、操作方便的快速热解工艺和专利设备,采用自行开发的自混合下行式循环流化床作为热解反应器,无机械运动部件,固体热载体无需载气即可通过与高温固体热载体直接混合实现生物质的快速升温、热解,提高了热效率,实现了热量自给;采用下行式反应器有助于缩短反应时间,提高液体油收率;固体热载体加热和生物质热解在不同的反应器中进行,通过固体热载体的循环将加热再生和热解过程进行耦合;专用快速分离装置的开发使油气与半焦和热载体快速分离,进一步减少高温热解油气的二次反应,提高液体收率;利用烟气余热干燥提升生物质颗粒,降低了生物油的水含量,同时解决了下行反应器物料提升的难题,提高了系统热效率。

【Abstract】 As energy,the biomass fast pyrolysis is the most effective way to realize rejected materials available,which can process georgic and forest rejected materials and have no market problem.Based on the situation of difficulty to centre distribute,the technology of biomass fast pyrolysis for bio-oil by self-mixing down-flow circulating fluidized bed has been studied and developed.It has high heat efficiency,low investment and convenient operation,uses the selfdeveloped self-mixing down-flow circulating fluidized-bed as reactor and has no mechanical motion parts.The heat cartiers can directly mix with hyperthermal solid heat carriers without carrier gas to realize fast heating-up and pyrolysis, which can improve heat efficiency and realize heat self-support.Using down-flow reactor can shorten reaction time and increase liquid oil yield.The heating of solid carriers and biomass processed in different reactors,heating regeneration and pyrolysis process can be coupled by the circulation of solid heat carriers.The development of specify fast separation devices can make the oil gas and semicoke and heat carriers separated rapidly,further reducing the chance of secondary reaction of high temperature oil gas and increasing the liquid yield.Using the waste heat of fume to dry and elevate biomass granule can reduce the water content ofbio-oil,and can also resolve the problem of material elevating in downflow reactor,improving the system heat efficiency.
