【摘要】 随着近些年来我国经济和社会的大发展,环境污染问题的日趋严重、环境问题不断显现,如何建设环境友好型社会、建设生态文明的社会主义现代化强国逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。本文从生态视域角度分析为实现上述目标在我国构建环境警察制度是为不二选择。首先分析了环境警察则含义,继而对环境警察与既有环境监察和森林公安等进行了细致是的区分,从而证明了环境警察独立存在的必然性。最后文章重点分析了环境警察的建构必要性和有利条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 With China’s economic and social development in recent years, the increasingly serious environmental pollution problems, environmental problems continue to appear, how to build environment-friendly society, a powerful modern socialist construction of ecological civilization gradually become the focus of attention. Analysis of sight from an ecological point of view to achieve these goals in our build environment police system for choice. First analyze the meaning of the environmental police, and then both environmental monitoring and forest public security police on the environment and the delicate distinction is, thus proving the inevitability of the environmental police exist independently.
