【摘要】 我国已进入环境事故多发期,风险社会来临。为应对风险社会带来的安全风险挑战,本文主要对有关企业的环境事故风险全程防范措施进行探索。笔者提出进一步完善企业责任立法,确立环境风险预防的指导思想,健全落实企业环境风险评价制度,加强企业的风险防范主体意识以及风险分散机制等措施,借以完善我国企业环境风险管理体系与预防体制。更多还原

【Abstract】 China has entered a new stage when there are so many environmental accidents breaking out with the arrival of the risk’s society.So as to deal with the safety risk challenge in the risk society,I will talk about the enterprise’s prevention mechanism of the environmental accident’s risk in the article.The author suggests perfecting the legislation of the enterprise’s responsibility,establishing the guiding ideology of environmental risk prevention,perfecting the system of enterprise environmental risk assessment,strengthening enterprise environmental risk’s subject consciousness and the spread risk system and so on.These measures will be used to perfect the enterprise’s risk control and preventive mechanism.更多还原
