【Abstract】 Now, the establishment of the Environment and Resources trial organization already became the hot topic in the Academic field. Through elaborating the significance of setting up the Environment and Resources trial organization and its guiding principle, this article analyzed the characteristic of the Environment and Resources trial organization in our country and the legal basis of its establishment.
