【Abstract】 In recent years, our country environmental protection enterprise takes on a new aspect., and environmental quality of the city demonstrates resumptive momentum with the rapid development of the economy. But we should see that environmental problems in the countryside are becoming increasingly evident with the steady improvement of urban environment. All kinds of problems of pollution and ecologic interlace with one another, ecological damage is becoming more serious, agricultural environment faces hard blow, and the interests of farmers suffer huge damage.
