【摘要】 "经济发展、生活富裕、场风文明、环境良好、管理民主",是新疆兵团建设屯垦戍边新型团场的内涵。经济发展是建设新型团场的物质基础,生活富裕是建设新型团场的目标,场风文明是建设新型团场的宗旨,环境良好是建设新型团场的成果,管理民主是建设新型团场的手段。本文用整理归纳的方法总结出兵团生态环境存在以下问题:自然生态系统脆弱,农业生产污染以及土壤污染严重,小城镇和农业连队的基础设施建设滞后,团(场)办企业布局不当等。继而提出加强政府生态安全管理职能,加强生态安全法制建设,建立生态型经济增长模式等政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Developing economy, wealthy life, civilizing field, harmonious environment, democratic management" is the connotation for Xinjiang army corps constructing station troops to open up the wasteland to defend the border in the form of the new group fields.
