【摘要】 湿地与森林、海洋并称为全球三大生态系统,是地球上最为珍贵的自然资源之一,不仅具有重要的生态功能,而且具有重要的社会和经济功能。我国是世界上湿地类型齐全、数量丰富的国家之一,湿地资源为我国带来了丰富的生态与经济利益,然而我国湿地资源却没有得到足够的重视和保护,湿地资源日益减少,完善法律来保护湿地资源迫在眉睫。本文分析了我国在湿地保护中法律方面的缺失与不足,提出了实践中存在的问题,并结合实际情况提出了如何完善法律来保护湿地资源的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wetlands and forests, ocean, and known as the world’s three major marine ecosystems on earth, one of the most precious natural resources, not only an important ecological function, but also important social and economic functions. China is the world’s wetlands complete, the number of rich countries, for China’s wetland resources brings a wealth of ecological and economic interests, but China’s wetland resources have not been given sufficient attention and protection of wetland resources to reduce and improve the law immediate protection of wetland resources. This article analyzes the legal aspects of the wetland in the deletion and lack of a problem in practice, combined with the actual situation raised the question of how to improve the legal protection of wetland resources.更多还原
