【摘要】 本文以某苯乙烯装置为例,针对化学有害因素的不同健康风险等级,采用层次分析法对该装置职业健康风险管理进行风险控制措施权重的划分,确定职业健康风控制措施优先级别。主要从工程技术、应急救援、组织管理、个体防护等五个方面按照确定的优先级别提出针对性的风险控制措施。针对化学有害因素的不同健康风险水平,采取不同的职业健康风险管理策略,以体现分类管理和分级管理,提升整体职业健康风险管理水平,更加有效地降低和控制职业健康危害发生的风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,one styrene plant is taken as an example to be evaluated the occupational health risk, using the health risk classification method. Then divide the weight of control measures using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method, so as to embody the classification management. The risk control measures mainly consist of engineering and technique measures, health surveillance measures, emergency and rescue measures, organization and management and personal protection measures. This is to apply the risk assessment to risk management, which is in favor of the enhancement of daily occupational health risk management of enterprise.更多还原
